Good product. Friendly staff. My child loves it. There was a problem at first, but after eventually getting through to a staff member the problem was rectified. My only minor complaint is that is was HARD work trying to speak to someone on their side. No point going into detail as it was finally sorted. But my rating is still 5 stars as the issue was dealt with and my child was happy. If it hadn’t been sorted the rating would be lower. Build quality is very good. It’s got 2 speed settings. After gettin used to 2 both settings my child wished it was a bit faster. Capable of climbing slight hill in grass and gravel. Happy with it:
