Deliveries & Returns

For all orders to mainland UK we offer a FREE delivery service.  Any postcode that is not included on the tables from Region 1 -> Region 3 are considered mainland UK addresses, in which case, all services are available to you with 48 hour services being FREE, regardless of the total weight of the order.

Below are all the services we offer to Mainland UK.

Please Note: Shipping orders and returns outside of the UK will incur a customs fee, so please be sure to factor this in when ordering or returning items.

For Region 1 (table below), we only offer 2 -> 3 Day services.  Anything below 30KG, delivery is Free.  See the table below for a full breakdown.

For region 2 & 3, we are only able to offer a 2 -> 3 day services and unfortunately these are chargeable services. We have provided the best rates possible for your area.


We also offer shipping to most European Countries, please review the tables below for the services we offer and exclusions to some area's in Europe.  It is important to stress that all our products have a UK plug therefore an adapter will be required to enable charging of the product.

Don't leave it too late!

Keep an eye out for your order via the respective carriers tracking system. You'll find the courier as well as the tracking number specified on your order despatch email.

If you need help with a delivery, contact our lovely support team. They'll be on hand to help. 

It is important to note that most of the rates specified above are subsidised by us therefore the re-delivery charges will, in most cases, be more than we have specified above.

This becomes especially important for orders which are delivered by a specialised service where only one attempt at delivery is included. 

Please keep an eye on your email/phone so you don't miss delivery. The delivery charges are quite hefty and there is no reason to spend money where we don't have to!

Things happen :(.

For unused items, with their original packaging, you have 30 days to arrange for a return. No questions. Keep in mind that products are checked upon return, so no funny business!

For items that have gone past 30 days, please contact our support team, they are usually pretty good :)

RiiRoo™ takes every effort to supply each and every customer with a prompt and efficient delivery service and over the past 4 years our systems have evolved massively in line with our company's growth to ensure this happens.

It is important to note that our big parcels are delivered by APC (Action Express) using a pallet service.  Please retain the pallet until you are sure the product is in good working order.  If a return is required then the only way for it come back to us is using the same pallet service.
