At RiiRoo, we aim to make the warranty process clear, simple, and efficient.

Our team will:

Ask a few quick questions to check eligibility.

Assess whether the issue can be resolved with replacement parts.

If not, arrange for your item to be sent back for repair (depending on circumstances and location).
⚡ In most cases, warranty claims are resolved by sending out parts.
🔧 If your product cannot be repaired, we’ll replace it with a refurbished model so your child can continue enjoying their ride-on.
Warranty Coverage

Start Date: Your warranty begins the day you receive your product.

Duration: Standard coverage is 6 months for manufacturing defects, unless otherwise specified.

What’s Covered: Parts. We will first attempt to resolve the issue by sending parts, and if unsuccessful, we’ll arrange a return for repair.

Exclusions: Consumable parts and faults caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, deliberate damage, or water damage
🎄 Christmas Extended Warranty Offer
We’re pleased to offer a special extended warranty for the festive season.

Any products purchased as Christmas gifts will automatically have their warranty period extended until Boxing Day 2025.

If a warranty claim is made before this date, your coverage will be applied from the original purchase date.

This gives you extra peace of mind when buying gifts this Christmas.

Important Notes

Our warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect assembly, deliberate damage, or water damage.

Products stored in cold/damp environments that cause electrical damage are not covered.

Overloading ride-ons beyond the specified weight limit can damage motors and controllers and is not covered.
General Terms

The warranty is non-transferable.

Always obtain authorisation from RiiRoo™ before returning a product.

You are responsible for return postage unless otherwise stated.

RiiRoo™ may choose to repair or replace the product; if replacement is necessary and the product is no longer available, a similar product of equal or greater value will be provided.

You are responsible for costs if the fault is not covered by warranty.

RiiRoo™ only obligation under this warranty is the service as set out above.

At RiiRoo™, we’ve been hard at work creating resources to help educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products. If you feel we’re missing something, please let us know—we’re always looking to improve.
Regular maintenance and correct use will help these products last for years in your family. We want to make sure future generations can enjoy them too.
We also work hard to make replacement parts available online so even if something does go wrong, you can get back up and running quickly. We do this for two reasons:

To maintain your trust—nobody wants to throw away a £150 ride-on just because they can’t find the right part.
If you’re struggling to source a part, get in touch with our customer service team with as much detail as possible (photos encouraged 📸). We’ll either try to import the part or point you in the right direction.
