We ordered this truck for our Grandsons ages 18 mnths and 3 years. Their father said it was easy to build. We had a small issue with the motors but this was resolved the same day with a fast response to our email, no quibbles and a speedy replacement sent. We are delighted with the product and the service we received. The boys invited their cousins, aged 8 and 4 over over to enjoy the fun this weekend and the truck was able to carry all 4 with no problems. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RiiRoo.

Car we bought had the stickers scuffed and peeling off also didn't come with usb port, lcd dashboard arrears lights that light up as advertised the rear lights were stickers did get partial refund but had to spend 3 weeks going backward and forward because each time you email have to wait to next day for reply first hot told send picture of dash they would show me were usb port was but there wasn't one then with got told the rear lights just wire has come loose and they would direct me on how to fix don't understand how when there stickers they offered me a replacement car at similar price nothing they sell with specs advertised are anywhere near same price no chance of that and a full refund but couldn't do that to my kid after she is driving it and likes it so only had choice of partial refund if I bought another I would go else where sorry

I bought this for my 2 grand children 2 & 4 who have just moved house and have plenty of room.I got the upgraded tyres and remote which was worth it the youngest loves it as she likes being chauffeur driven with the remote, I had looked at a well known branded 6x6 which a friend of mine bought in a sale which was still £150 more expensive and only 12volt, he recommended Riiroo as he had bought over 5 for his grand kids,The battery lasts ages not like other electric vehicle they have had before. Only small issue was the wires was put in the motor when it was built in China so wheel turned the wrong way, Riiroo was had a video of how to rectify without affecting warranty and kept emailing me to make sure I was happy and if any problems arise just get in contacting with them.Thank you

Just a sticker that doeamt fit into the number plate holder. This can defo be improved!

Good can be more better then just stickers though becuase they are not strong
Ordered an electric go kart for Xmas 25. It arrived on time and was delighted with it.
However it stopped working a month ago!
No phone number no human being to resolve this issue quickly!
So emailing seems the way to go!
Emailed and they sent the part that they thought would resolve the issue!
Wrong part. Took them another week to send on the next part after several emails which they did not respond at all. After contacting them they then confirmed they would send the new part! Sent the same part! Eventually they sent another part which didn’t resolve the issue.
Back on the live chat and now we have to send the whole cart back boxed to be repaired! Who has a box that size hanging about there house?
So I’ve sent them an email this morning to pick this kart up and to come with a box and to extend the warranty as this is now a full month! Disgusting customer service and I’m not happy would not recommend this company!!!! Get this sorted please asap customers are your bread n butter !
