I have just received my package and it is a fairly used product that has been delivered to me. Before I could stop the delivery driver to take it back he was gone. The content in the box made a noise moving from one side to the other while carrying the box. I will return it asap.
Granddaughter loved her new Range Rover, she's turned 1 years old but did not put her off as the parent control remote was a plus to control the Range Rover and the child harness secured her nicely perfect gift till she's older to use and reach the pedals herself, the smile on her face give us all thumbs up for the Range Rover Sport.
I purchased this for my little boys 1st Birthday as he absolutely loves cars. Sadly he isn’t interested in the car as of yet, the car hasn’t been taken outside or used apart from switching it on to try and get my boys attention which he just runs away from. Firstly I noticed if we was go forward or back it would go really fast and jolt to start with which I find odd for it being a child’s toy. Secondly the battery always runs out after switching it on for not even 5 minutes. This isn’t normal considering it’s not even been sat in let alone driven. I’ve charged the car up since due to the battery dying and now it’s not switching on at all despite the charger showing green. I would like a response to this ASAP now the warranty has run out I’m sure I’m not going to receive any help for this. I haven’t even had the chance to take it out or get any enjoyment out of this I’m very frustrated as you can imagine
Brilliant! Bought this for my 2 year olds birthday and he absoloutley loves it. Comes with a remote so you can control the car yourself if your little one isnt confident to drive it on their own. Its also got bluetooth so you can connect and play music. Battery life is great aswell hes had hours of fun on this.

bought a quad for my little girls birthday and the battery was not inside!! They have since emailed to say that the battery was there and they will not do anything about this! Absolutely ruined my little girls birthday and won’t even help me!!!!! So upset!!!
DO NOT waste your money on this. Fab little car when it's working. First battery died within a week after following all the charging instructions ! Second battery again. Followed all instructions to look after the battery. Kart doesn't even make to the end of the drive before it dies completely and won't move. And what's the one thing they refused to replace. The battery. Can't think why. Massive scam

We purchased the Monkey Bike for our 4-year-old son, and while the bike itself works well, the online service and customer support were absolutely terrible. The company has clearly invested heavily in Google ads and a sleek website, making them look professional and trustworthy. However, if you run into any issues with your purchase, be prepared for a frustrating experience.
Getting in touch with customer support is nearly impossible, and when you finally do, the assistance provided is minimal at best. We encountered a fault with our bike, and instead of receiving helpful guidance or an easy solution, we were met with unresponsive service and vague instructions. It seems that if you're lucky enough to receive a fully functional product, you'll have no complaints—but if anything goes wrong, you're on your own.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you're willing to risk dealing with poor after-sales support. Buyer beware!
Order weeks before Christmas had issues with the first quad broken plastics. Understandable!
Replacement send out but missing stickers week before Christmas delaying any reply give me no choice to keep as this was a gift for Christmas. Promised they would send another still march no stickers clearly see their in stock
Bought this quad for my daughters birthday and it's been noting but trouble, the instructions to put it together are 3 steps (as if it's that simple assemble the wheels, handle bars ect) then once it was built was have trouble with the battery dying to then take it to a merchanic and it tool him 2 hours to rectervie all the problems which wasn't just issues with assembling it either....would be nice to get some money back but that would be like getting blood out of a stone :/
The best thing I have spent money on for my daughter!! Without a doubt the best fun as she loves it, plus she is out in the fresh air on the good days which is a win win thanks guys 😊

Very please the product my 4 year old son loves it having lots of great riding it around. Services was good to kept me informed on delivery and then got my hour time slot which meant I didn’t have to loss much time off to receive the delivery
Got for Christmas 2024. It worked well for a few weeks and my kid absolutely LOVED it. But has been broken for a few weeks now, customer service are just about doing enough to try and help me. It seems like they have a list that they just go through when trying to detect faults. We have been back and fourth with possible fixes. The latest, they are going to send me a new motherboard and a video that will explain how to change it myself. Why not just arrange to replace the faulty product and have someone qualified to fix it, and sell it on as a used model at a discount? Disappointed, as it was great for a few weeks whilst it was working.
All replacement parts are always out of stock and have been for months.. if the products don’t last at least gave replacements available!!.
I bought this as a present for my daughter's 4th birthday. We'd hired an electric car on holiday and she loved it, all she asked for as a present was a go kart. I was reluctant into buying one as it takes up so much space and toys are taking over my house! This is the perfect option as it fits perfectly under my couch. We have been to the park a few times and she is fearless on this ride on! It's amazing and everyone is constantly asking where it's from as they've not seen it before. For it's size she gets around quickly and hasn't fallen off it or hurt herself. The design is fantastic. Would highly recommend!
I bought this for my 8 year old son. Very simple to build and solid. The only issue I had is one of the bolts not lining up on the front bumper bar and the light switch sticking. No biggy though. On slow it’s tame on medium good for slow jog on high yeah I can’t keep up at full sprint (but I’m 43 lol). My son loves it and it looks mega it’s heavy and solid brakes are great and two months in it’s still looking great. I would love for there to have been some adjustment in the front suspension but my son and I really love it. Oh and the battery life is great we’ve never got close to draining it.
Had a few items now and all products have been good quality and reliable.
