Kids got a tractor from here 4 xmas from santa. We where so disappointed in it
And the kids can't even drive it cause it does not work. I left alot 4 email with RIIROO but they did not get back to me. Tractor was dear.

I recieved my boys car and when i opened the box i could tell tbe quality was not the best,the doors do not shut easy especially for a 3 year old i have to do them for him,the paint work i thought was paint work was actually a wrap so this lasted all of a few days as my 3 yr old noticed it peeling and decided to pull it off so looks a shambles so it dont go outside,i was weighing one up from.smyths and wish i would have got one from there nw as the quality was much better,the parental control is good and works fine but the renote is a bit cheap and tacky along with the interior of the car.
The scooter was a waste of money my scooter set on fire yesterday the fuse
had melted into the fuse holder the springs fell of my handle bars and my kickstand snapped the first 2 days I had it and I bought this scooter 1 months ago ppl reading this do not buy it it id a con of a scooter and the wires are terrible they are like spaghetti ppl do not buy this scooter myn has had loads of problems and I’ve had it a months terrible product terrible
the bike itself was perfect but did pay for personalised number plate what never come with the bike when delivered

Ordering was easy and I like how you can customise your ride to suit you.
Once ordered, it wasn’t long before I was contacted about delivery. Next day was available which is great but I needed it the following week and they were very helpful and organised delivery for when suited me, so great!!
So the ride arrived and wow!! My daughter loves it!! She has her own key to start it and it lights up all round. It’s easy to use and it didn’t take her long to work it out and pick up speed. No crashes yet so all is well so far!

Got it for my 3yo sons birthday he absolutely loves it! The bike was easy to set up and is a very sturdy compact bike! The only criticism I have is that the stabilisers are abit of a faff as the lip doesnt allow them to be fully tight up to the frame so there is abit of play in them! But on a whole definitely great value for money and hrs of fun for the little ones 👍🏼

Just to rewrite my review please disregard my old review left as I have now been contacted by RiiRoo and they sent a replacement part to use and the quad bike now works so thanks to Ashley from customer service for sorting this out for us, much appreciated.

Purchased an electric car for my granddaughter for Christmas. When it arrived it was all broken. It took three weeks for a collection of the broken item. It is almost three weeks since the item was collected and after numerous emails, I am still waiting for a refund. In my last email correspondence with them no one had even looked at the car.
Really disappointed with this company and will never use them again.
