Bought this for our Grandaughter. Trying to find a decent jeep we stumbled across RiRoo. On the website the items seemed just what we were looking for at extremely competitive prices. We hadn't heard of the company before but decided to go with them after reading reviews, and we are so glad we did. They sent us a video showing how to assemble it, I mean what more could you ask for when your facing a daunting task of having to assemble it. It really was a breeze to do whilst following the video. The quality of the products is truly amazing. It went together like a dream and our Grand daughter loves it. Everyday since her birthday on the 15th she has been out on it. She wraps up, takes her back pack and puts it in the back, a blanket over her legs, snacks on the seat and shes in her element. She has mastered the maneuvering of it more or less straight away, shes 4 year old. We upgraded to the rubber wheels, glad we did, i mean, a steal at just an extra £10. The upgrade has allowed her to hit every surface, hill with ease. She loves the radio on it and sings along. The parental control is light weight and easy to use. We are so glad we stumbled on this company, the products are second to none, top notch. Delivery was super fast. We will be returning customers for sure, even if we were a little wary as we'd never heard of yourselves before. Thank you for a great 1st experience. I recommend 100%. Lastly she is getting between an hour and an hour and a half out of the battery, and at that it still isn't completely flat.
I honestly could not fault the costumer service of this company, I had spoken with lucy to ask a few questions and explained due to a current situation when placing the order i was just abit scattered with it , and she completely understood and put this right and was so sincere and sympathetic about the situation, its proved to me in situations like these there are still some really good people in the world and I honestly could not thank her enough , her kindness absolutely made my day and I wish her nothing but the kindness she shows , thank you again x
We were looking for a decent Jeep for our Grand daughter, when we stumbled across RIIROO. So glad we did. The Jeep is sturdy, easy to put together and looks all round the part. They send you a video before the item arrives showing you how to assemble, couldn't ask for more than that. The delivery was an easy process, constantly updated along the way. My grand daughter loves it and has used it everyday since her birthday on the 15th October. She gets over an hours ride time out of it. Its easy to maneuverer, she handles it with ease and she is 4 years old. We upgraded the wheels and glad we did as it handles every surface she has come across. Handles the hills with ease. She literally is living her best life outdoors every single day. She packs her bag in the back of the jeep, wraps up, takes a blanket for her legs and she will be out the whole hour, nearly hour and a half on it. The battery hasn't flattened on her at all whilst she has been out on it. The remote for adults to control it also handles the jeep very well. The added radio function just gives them a more exciting and grown up experience. This literally was the best Jeep we saw and even though we had never heard of the company before we were glad we gave it a chance and went with them. I would without hesitation use these again for future purchases.

I love the wee car. Was easy to build and all parts were there. unfortunately some wires were wrongly placed which left the car going forward when I reverse and vise versa. I got a man to help swap them over and this fixed the problem. I'm just waiting on a new remote now as I have the same problem with it. Customer Service have been excellent with helping me fix the issues.
First class service from ordering to delivery. Car looks great , although not tried yet as it is a Christmas present.

I bought this car for my nephew's 2nd birthday. The staff is really very friendly. The lady who dealt with me was super sweet, helped me out with everything and even gave me a discount. The car is great for the money. The remote is perfect add-on for smaller kids when they quickly learn how to press the gas pedal but not so much how to steer. The little one loved it, but not so much when he had to get out :D.

This car is amazing it's built really well and our grandson loves it. And the optional remote control makes it even safer to use as you know you have control over the car, I would definitely recommend this car and also riiroo for supplying it.
Bought this for my grandson. As he’s just turn 2 for this birthday present, I’ve upgraded this with parental control. I’m happy with the purchase. The upgraded padded seat was good. I’ve asked for assembly to be done, however, disappointed that with the upgrade, the personalise number plate was not applied on.

Bought car for grandsons 2nd birthday which isn’t until December so product has not been assembled yet . There was a tiny discrepancy with the extras ordered but these were dealt with promptly . Excellent customer service . Would highly recommend this company to anyone .
