I recently bought this bike for my lads 4th birthday in December. Part built it while he’s at his dad’s to check it works (I always do this for a peace of mind). The bike works! However, in the instructions it states the accelerate hand is “optional” which led me to believe the pedal was also an accelerator too which isn’t the case. The pedal is in fact the brake which I didn’t come across in the instructions. It just stated “pedal”. Other than what I stated about the instructions, the bike is amazing and easy to assemble. I’m gonna have one happy boy on his birthday! I’ve packed it back in its box (disconnected the wire), re-sealed the box and covered the pictures on the box with cardboard because if my lad sees what’s inside, he’ll kick off for it lol
I wrote a review after I received my order of 2 items . One bike foot pedal which I thought was accelerator and presumed is not working was in fact a break. I am sorry for this misunderstanding and wrote a negative review. Both products are in fact working grandkids are loving it
