Unfortunately, due to the high level of both calls and emails we have received since the port crisis, we have temporarily disabled the incoming calls into our office.
We haven’t taken this decision lightly, but it is something we did during the height of Covid and now with major issues with UK ports, we felt we had to do the same now until further notice.
It is much more effective and efficient dealing with your queries via email only. Not only were issues dealt with faster, but, we had immediate access to your order and account details. Therefore, we have decided to do the same now.
Note: If you would like to get in touch with us, you can still email hello@riiroo.com where our staff and answering emails.
Note: If you would like an update on deliveries already scheduled, please check your email from the courier company. If the email isn’t present, then we would ask that you check your spam folder just in case it ended up in there.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused. Your statutory rights are not affected nor existing warranties.
