Like it's bigger brother this is a fully licensed Kids VW Beetle Push Along Ride on Car that allows those too young to control a fully electric kids' car to have as much fun using their own energy. The attention to detail is just incredible and with its ease of access, this is sure to be their go-to Ride-on for a while!

Disappointed
I purchased the VW sit and ride car for my granddaughter for Christmas. Site states to age of 5. Arrived swiftly,but the box states the age 18 to 36 months! a lot of difference.l also wanted a sit and ride scooter which is out of stock with an email option for when back in stock. I have now discovered that the scooters are NOT being stocked anymore.I would never ever have purchased one gift for my granddaughter without something for my grandson. Very upset customer.

Perfect only 1 question
This arrived swiftly and was generally easy to put up. If your ordered plates they may come separately with royal mail so dont worry, I found the plates far too big to put on the vdub though sadly. On the bus it shows a parent handle and sun canopy for younger children, I was wondering where I could possibly buy this as it'd be the perfect little addition? All in all I would purchase from RiiRoo again, stress and hassle free!

Lovely push along car
I ordered the classic Beetle push along for my Grandson's 1st birthday. It arrived really quickly and looks great, I'm sure my Grandson will love it, - he's a Beetle enthusiast, just like his Grandad! Just a few things that would make it even better:
When ordering, you're able to create a personalized registration number. These come as stickers which are far too big for the number plate. When I contacted Riiroo to ask whether I'd been sent the wrong size, I received a blunt reply telling me they are one-size and I need to cut them. To trim them to size would mean losing the flag and some of the lettering. Printing them on the correct size stickers would be all that is needed to make this extra little touch actually work.
The car itself seems reasonably well-made, but again just a few little design issues that if addressed, would improve it:
It has working USB and Aux plug sockets; again a great unexpected little extra, however there is no space to store any device you might actually plug in. A simple thing like a channel for the wire would mean the device could be stored under the lift up seat. This would enable a device to actually be used to play songs etc. whilst the car is being played with.
The box and manual illustrate additional extras: adults handle for parents to push along, side safety rails, and a roof canopy. These would be fantastic additional options, but unfortunately are not available to order from the Riiroo website. When I contacted them to ask if they may be able to help me source them, I got a rather curt reply just telling me that they don't stock them.
In summary, great little car, reasonably priced, well-packaged and arrived quickly, but the points above mean I can't award 5 stars.

Very disappointed
Our little car was purchased as a Christmas present fir our grandson. My husband who is an engineer and an electrician put the car together. We inserted brand new batteries as instructed. There was an immediate smell of burning and the batteries became very hot. The burning smell was coming from behind the dashboard. My husband thinks that something is shorting on the circuit board. I emailed the company, phoned the company and messaged the company on Instagram but did not get a response. I am concerned that this car presents a potential fire hazard so I have removed the batteries. Very disappointed to have a problem and no response from the company other than an email asking me to review the product.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we canāt offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Why don't you state minumum age guidelines?
The reason for this is simple, most electronic toys or any toy which has small parts is not suitable for children under 3 years old and as most of our product range falls in this category, we feel that the information is redundant and will only lead to confusion, therefore we don't display it.
