The reason for this is simple, most electronic toys or any toy which has small parts is not suitable for children under 3 years old and as most of our product range falls in this category, we feel that the information is redundant and will only lead to confusion, therefore we don't display it.

I've bought the spider red car and only had the wee guy out on it a few times. Now it's stopped working and I believe the problem is the rain cover has let water through and into the electric area. As you can see in the pic there's a space on the good where the water has got in and this is with the rain cover on! I've emailed the company and explained this but got a very poor response telling me that the rain cover is not for being left out long term and to consider this before purchasing and that is all. No ideas suggested on how to resolve or fix the car. Extremely disappointed as my kid absolutely loves the car.
