On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete considering the item(s) returned in its original condition we’ll refund back to your payment method.

The reason for this is simple, most electronic toys or any toy which has small parts is not suitable for children under 3 years old and as most of our product range falls in this category, we feel that the information is redundant and will only lead to confusion, therefore we don't display it.

Overall my son will love it but the video instructions are out of date and the black and white paper instructions not straightforwards. Some of the clip in components were especially tricky as elements of the chassis were warped. Managed to fix myself but frustrating given the price. Also some marks on the chassis and the marque badges are just stickers that were put on skew.
