As part of World Mental Health Day RiiRoo decided to interview phycologists in the mental health field to get their advice on how best to look after your mental health.

This year's theme for World Mental Health Day is "mental health for all". So we spoke to Elaine Nicholson MBE from Action For Aspergers.

Elaine has over 30 years of experience in the field of Autism/Asperger's Syndrome (AS).

She also runs the charity, Action For Aspergers which is a national organisation that provides advice, support and information to individuals with AS, their families, and carers.
