Failure of care throughout : defective range rover

Kayleigh has been extremely unpleasant and unprofessional.

1- the range rover purchased for my sons birthday was defective with aligment issues of the windows, the wing mirror falls of, stickers fall of and were misplaced when the car arrived.
2 - the car is an electric car, the lights do not work and adjustments to the radio also do not work.
3- upon delivery the box arrived damaged and there were some cosmetic scratches to the car.
4- I was advised that collection and exchange was booked and so i took unpaid leave to ensure everything would be sorted and I was also told "in the event that the delivery is to be rescheduled that i would be invoiced the cost of it".
5- friday delivery and collection was due i had no confirmation of this from dpd, i followed up with Riiroo and Kayleigh advised she would arrange this again as it had failed and no one had contacted me to communicate this please keep in mind i took unpaid leave and was told "in the event that the delivery is to be rescheduled that i would be invoiced the cost of it".
6- i was accomodating and hoping all would be sorted she then emailed me hours later to say the car is out of stock.
7- i was shocked as surely you should check if the car is in stock before advising a customer with a complaint in place already to then say its not in stock. Severe lack of attention to detail.
8- now they expect me to take another unpaid day of leave due to Riiroos negligence and lack of attention to detail or customer care.
9- i have had to follow up again as they failed to communicate further about these issues.

It is completely unacceptable to treat customers this way considering how difficult this experience has been for me with my sons feelings and emotions and not understanding what is happening. Honestly the most frustrating experience i have ever been through considering they sell items for children you would expect them to have an understanding of how the failures impact children.

Following on from the statement they made to me prior to me booking unpaid leave, I would like to now highlight that in the event that I have to take another upaid leave you will be liable for my full days pay". Please accept that you rules applied on both sides which you have not followed. My time is also precious it is just unfair and unjust to treat people this way
