They sell faulty goods and don’t care.

I’ve had none stop issues with RiiRoo, their customer service is BEYOND a joke, once they’ve got your money they don’t care what happens after that. I’ve placed THREE orders with them, giving the benefit of the doubt, each item has its own faults but the Mercedes go kart is by far the worst! £169 for a faulty, badly designed toy and YEARS of stress because “they changed their system and lost emails after promising to fix or issue funds” THE STEERING WHEEL DOES NOT SECURE TO HE COLUMN, IT COMES OFF IN YOUR KIDS FACE UNDER STEERING AND THE FRONT AXLE POPS THE CAPS OFF…they STATE it’s fixed but end up sending it back in the same state WASTING DAYS OF YOUR TIME going back and for, I refused delivery as it came back so quick I knew they hadn’t even opened the box! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A COMEDY SKETCH, they just aggravate you deliberately and ignore your emails for MONTHS! I’ve been dealing with them for over a year now, but “as far as they’re concerned they’re not willing to take it any further” SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND BUY ONE FROM SMYTHS THEY’RE BETTER QUALITY & CHEAPER!!!!

first class go kart

Great quality Go Kart 👏 only red left in stock when we purchased. upgraded the seat and tyres. Grandson loved it ❤ he's 6. assembled easily. only criticism is the red ribbon was of poor quality so did not use it.
