Important Information
All orders must be placed before 1pm on the cutoff date to guarantee Christmas delivery.
Same cutoff date for all mainland UK orders regardless of size or weight.
Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and island postcodes have earlier cutoffs due to longer transit times.
For pre-order items, the cutoff applies to the dispatch date, not the order date.
Frequently Asked Questions
Orders placed after the cutoff will be dispatched as normal but will arrive after Christmas. Consider Click & Collect if you need your order urgently - our shop is open until Christmas Eve (24th December) at 4pm.
No - all mainland UK orders have the same cutoff date (22nd December) regardless of weight. Only remote area postcodes (Scottish Highlands, NI, Islands) have an earlier cutoff of 19th December.
Express delivery options are available at checkout. However, the Christmas cutoff dates apply regardless of shipping method chosen.
Remote area postcodes include: BT (Northern Ireland), AB, DD, KW, IV, KA, PH (Scottish Highlands), HS, ZE (Islands), IM (Isle of Man), and PA (parts of Scotland). These areas have a 2-day delivery requirement.
