Company Status Updates

Due to the recent COVID-19 epidemic, we will be keeping this page updated with information relating to our operational status. 

This will be kept simple for ease of consumption, if you require more information, please refer to our blog pages or email customer service.

Orders are still being sent as usual, however, customer support is limited due to capacity. Please be patient with our team, they are trying their hardest to get to all queries as quickly as possible. 

If you have already emailed and have not received a response, our team will get back to you as soon as they get to your email. 

Order cancellations and refunds will go through as per policy, however given the situation some patience is required on your behalf.  Please keep in mind that products which have been opened and used will not be eligible for a cancellation or refund.

Due to system and staff restructuring, we are notifying all RiiRoo customers that our external phone system will be down temporarily.

This doesn’t mean that you can’t get in touch. As always, we are still replying to any questions or customer service inquiries you may have via email.

So Why Are The Phone Lines Temporarily Closed?

Here at RiiRoo, we’ve always strived to improve every part of our sales, customer service and logistics systems and in order to do that we have to shake things up a little.

For that reason, we are going through a series of retraining and restructuring steps to help improve the level of service we offer you, our customer.

Going forward, when the phone lines reopen in a few weeks, they will be specifically open for sales and product enquiries and any customer service enquiries will be strictly dealt with via email.
