Hi the product came a bit broken but nothing we worried about but it’s now January and it’s falling apart. Not sturdy and easily breakable. It’s only been used a couple of times as it has become a danger to my young son who fell off it when a part broke off. It’s not worth the money at all.

Merry Christmas this train was easy to set up hardest thing was applying the stickers lol. Came with a personalised number plate and works brilliant. Grandson a little hesitant as yet as he is scared of unfamiliar noises but he's still enjoying it.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
A refund will be refused if: The item is returned in a used condition
If received damaged
15% will be deducted if we do not receive the product in its original packaging Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days from the date of your return for your parcel to be inspected and a refund to be issued. This takes into account; transit period, product inspection, refund eligibility checks & processing time. On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete considering the item(s) returned in its original condition we’ll refund back to your payment method.
The funds should appear on your bank statement in up to 5-7 working days (how long depends on your card issuer). 📧 An email notification will be sent once a refund has been issued.
Unfortunately we don’t offer an exchange facility.
Simply return your item(s) and provide us with the return tracking details to keep an eye on the return.

In most cases the return costs are covered by us, however, this only applies to orders which are found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery. In cases where the items is unwanted or ordered by mistake, the return costs will need to be covered by you.
We stock the majority of parts for our ride-on's, however, given the sheer number of parts on hand, we are not able to make them readily available to order online. If you need to order a part, please get in touch with our customer support team, where they will be able to give you part availability information.

Most Ride on Cars and Motorbikes have a USB port which can play their favourite songs in the vehicle?
Are you having trouble pairing the Parental Remote to the Ride on Cars? We have created an easy to follow video which should help! :)
Once you have received your item, please make sure that the item is fully charged for the recommended amount of hours stated on the manual before its first use.
We also suggest giving the item a full charge after each use. If the item is not being used for a long period or is being put away, we advise to charge it every three weeks (even if it was fully charged before it was put away) or disconnect the battery as this could damage the battery. The battery is not under warranty.
All ride-on cars/motorbikes have fabricated bodies without post-process; therefore, you may see imperfections and blemishes on the body & windscreen.
It is important to stress that we are not unique and this issue happens in quite a few industries where plastic is fabricated without post-process.
For all orders to mainland UK we offer a FREE delivery service. Any postcode that is not included on the tables from Region 1 -> Region 3 are considered mainland UK addresses, in which case, all services are available to you with 5 - 7 day services being FREE, regardless of the total weight of the order.

Keep an eye out for your order via the respective carriers tracking system. You'll find the courier as well as the tracking number specified on your order despatch email.
If you need help with a delivery, contact our lovely support team. They'll be on hand to help.
It is important to note that most of the rates specified above are subsidised by us therefore the re-delivery charges will, in most cases, be more than we have specified above.
This becomes especially important for orders which are delivered by a specialised service where only one attempt at delivery is included.
Please keep an eye on your email/phone so you don't miss delivery. The delivery charges are quite hefty and there is no reason to spend money where we don't have to!

For unused items, with their original packaging, you have 30 days to arrange for a return. No questions. Keep in mind that products are checked upon return, so no funny business!
For items that have gone past 30 days, please contact our support team, they are usually pretty good :)
RiiRoo™ takes every effort to supply each and every customer with a prompt and efficient delivery service and over the past 4 years our systems have evolved massively in line with our company's growth to ensure this happens.
It is important to note that our big parcels are delivered by APC (Action Express) using a pallet service. Please retain the pallet until you are sure the product is in good working order. If a return is required then the only way for it come back to us is using the same pallet service.
The stated age & height information is simply a guideline based on an average build for these age groups and should not be taken as a definite compatibility.
Please keep this in mind when making a purchase.

Why don't you state minumum age guidelines?
The reason for this is simple, most electronic toys or any toy which has small parts is not suitable for children under 3 years old and as most of our product range falls in this category, we feel that the information is redundant and will only lead to confusion, therefore we don't display it.
