This takes into account; transit period, product inspection, refund eligibility checks & processing time.
On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete considering the item(s) returned in its original condition we’ll refund back to your payment method.
The funds should appear on your bank statement in up to 5-7 working days (how long depends on your card issuer).

Why don't you state minumum age guidelines?
The reason for this is simple, most electronic toys or any toy which has small parts is not suitable for children under 3 years old and as most of our product range falls in this category, we feel that the information is redundant and will only lead to confusion, therefore we don't display it.

Any postcode that is not included on the tables from Region 1 -> Region 3 are considered mainland UK addresses, in which case, all services are available to you with 5 - 7 day services being FREE, regardless of the total weight of the order.
