Awful experience. Bought a 24v electric John Deere truck for my son and after 7 months it stopped working. After many weeks of tedious back and forth I was told it needed a new battery which didn’t come under the standard warranty as I should have also purchased additional ‘battery warranty’. After purchasing a new battery for £70 the vehicle still does not work and they believe it to be the ignition barrel, however this also does not come under warranty as the warranty is only valid for 6 months, when I asked to be sent information on the appropriate ignition barrel to purchase I was told they could not send this information and that I would need to pay a £15 invoice and they would send the part - I don’t know anyone who pays for an item they have not been able to view first! This all being said after spending all of this money I am not even sure if this is going to fix the vehicle. I spent over £350 on an item that didn’t even last 7 months. Customer service has been very difficult as you cannot physically speak to anyone and have to wait for a bot to respond on their live chat and emails take days for a response. I would not recommend buying from this company at all.
Amazing product had since September but used since Xmas 2024 , it seems faster than described but more than happy so robust and easily copes with 2 kids aged almost 4 and a big 5 year old !!! Worth every penny. Bluetooth is very good ! Suspension going down curbs is 10/10 all around great quality product, only one down side is not electric tipper has to be down manually and seat screws design are awful and fiddly , generous seating size a major plus too!
