Love it!!! Bought for my baby’s first birthday to play with supervised of course
Brought this in early start of August. Had not heard from anyone for few weeks contacted company was told this tractor was on a back order we only got it on 25th September ( must admit I did put incorrect delivery address) so company waited for it to be returned from DPD and then sent it out (with correct delivery address) my son put it together and noticed 2 washers were the wrong size. But after all this it was nice to see my granddaughter riding it today.

Would be nice to actually have someone to sort out my faulty item, 8 days later and still no closer to getting it fixed. Lucky to get 1 response per 24 hours via email, and nothing over the weekend so it drags on and on. Their "fix" has made the issue worse.
Now have a truck that takes 33 hours to charge fully despite them saying it needs 12 hours, a parental control unit that wont turn the truck right, a replacement motherboard that was sent out that makes the wheels turn continuously even when no button or the pedal is being pressed.
Live chat is non existant, I have tried 6 days over the past 8 to access the live chat and despite being on the website between the hours of 9-5 as stated is when its open, it never is and never shows up on the right hand side of the website as it states it does.
Shocked this site boasts about its great customer service, when its so difficult to actually get hold of anyone and they have taken away the simplist form of communication by refusing to have a phone number.
Bought out son a ride on tractor with trailer for his birthday he absolutely loved it! Great service communication and fast delivery thank you :)

Bought this bike for my son for Christmas and was delivered with the brake lever snapped ,as you can see in the picture its still wrapped up ,rest of the bike was fine though ,emailed and messaged on social media and no response as of yet ,wish they had a phone number to phone instead of waiting days for email back

Was shocked that number plate didn’t come on a bit of plastic it’s just stickers that I received and no where to put them on the quad bike

Great little car so far easy to construct but that may prove to be its downfall later with push fit wheels

My item has arrived but is missing multiple items such as the back axel for the rear wheels and the customised number plate isn’t here either even when I’ve paid extra

We bought this 18 months ago and it's that good, we've come back to buy another which is what reminded me to write a review. Really easy to build and my grand daughter loved it from the off. Her little sister likes getting in the passenger seat and they go for a ride together. It's still got good power after 18 months of use. Initially the little sister wanted to press all the buttons and pull the levers on her side of the car which meant they didn't get very far but she now behaves herself and even has a go herself.
