Does not turn off unless i remove the battery which is an inconvenience. Also note the £1 number plates are stickers which is fine for the rear number plate but there is no where to put the front one.
The bike initially looks brilliant.. we used it once and it wouldn’t start again. Pull start then broke and customer service is absolutely shocking!! Waited over a week for a reply and still nothing back again now.

I ordered a ride-on car for a child, and it was never delivered. The disappointment caused was significant, and I had to spend additional money at the last minute to replace a gift that should have arrived as promised.
DPD marked the parcel as delivered, yet the photographic evidence provided is clearly not my address. I also have CCTV footage confirming that no delivery was made to my property. This is a serious failure in the delivery process.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods remain the responsibility of the retailer until they are delivered to the customer. As the item was not delivered to my address, the retailer has failed to fulfil their contractual obligations.
The refund process has been equally unacceptable. I was advised it would take 6 days. That deadline passed, followed by a further 6 days with no update or resolution. I repeatedly had to chase the company for information instead of receiving proactive communication. Due to the continued delay, I have now escalated the matter to my bank to recover my funds.
This entire situation demonstrates a lack of accountability, poor customer service, and disregard for consumer rights. In addition to a full refund, I believe compensation for the inconvenience, financial loss, and distress caused is warranted.
I strongly advise others to consider this experience before purchasing from this company.

Brought car for daughters birthday arrived in good time but noticed a lot of alimentary issues like seat won’t fit and falls out begging dangerous also all side sticks had been put on the wrong way and didn’t look right now fell off car so looks tatty

The quality is high, and all the little details make it so personal. We had ours assembled and had no issues i will definitely be using Riiroo again.
It is a good quad bike when it start but it take alot to get it start dont know if its an issue with the quad bike its self

Customer service team 5 stars, answered all my queries sent goods in exceptional time, Go Kart is Fabulous.
We bought the go kart up to 8 years old for my Grandson whose nearly 5 he is tallish we put a small cushion behind him and he can drive it lovely so it will last him .
He loves it , he was a bit apprehensive with the drifting at first but got the hang of it .
Defo would order from here again .
