Awful experience. Bought a 24v electric John Deere truck for my son and after 7 months it stopped working. After many weeks of tedious back and forth I was told it needed a new battery which didn’t come under the standard warranty as I should have also purchased additional ‘battery warranty’. After purchasing a new battery for £70 the vehicle still does not work and they believe it to be the ignition barrel, however this also does not come under warranty as the warranty is only valid for 6 months, when I asked to be sent information on the appropriate ignition barrel to purchase I was told they could not send this information and that I would need to pay a £15 invoice and they would send the part - I don’t know anyone who pays for an item they have not been able to view first! This all being said after spending all of this money I am not even sure if this is going to fix the vehicle. I spent over £350 on an item that didn’t even last 7 months. Customer service has been very difficult as you cannot physically speak to anyone and have to wait for a bot to respond on their live chat and emails take days for a response. I would not recommend buying from this company at all.
Awful refund policies. Didn't receive the item as i cancelled, and it was held with the courier. Was charged over £80 for delivery! I was told the item needs to be checked before receiving a partial refund for damage, although this package was NOT EVER in my possession. Contacted trading standards/consumer services regarding this
Not extremely happy as my daughter took her 1st drive the tyre fell off and i had to fix it myself. (After i paid for it to be professionally put together to avoid and problems)

My nMy nieces kids have a 24v suv that is about 6 years oldieces kids have a 24v suv that is about 6 years old, I have been this as the controller relay had blow and I'm happy too say it is not fix and the car is like brand new.
For a car that kids have been playing with for 6 years I think it's done pretty good and after sales service at RiiRoo has been second to none.

Fun gokart, easy to assemble and use, kid loves it. Should come with spare rubberised rear wheels in case you want to use not only for drifting. Can’t get spare from the website either as its out of stock.

Excellent service and after a mishap with postage to Northern Ireland Rlla resolved it almost instantly and delivery was then upgraded free of charge. Cannot fault the vehicle and definitely will buy more in the future as my boy lives it

I bought this for my grandson's birthday a while back however which he had many hours of enjoyment on however there is a lack of spares available I ordered some which had to be ordered in however after waiting 6 months for them to arrive I cancelled my order and then spent hours if not days finding spares through trial and error from other manufacturers this is their big failure I am now hunting for a chain slider to no avail can not attach a single photo as it states it's to large although it's under 10mb
