I ordered this as a last minute gift. The team were excellent in responding and happy to do the extra add on for pre assembly on next day delivery. The gift bow just made it all the more perfect!
My nephew loved his car and so did everyone at the birthday party!

Fantastic service!!! Bought the Bugatti Chiron for a Christmas present and not disappointed at all. Thought it looked great on the site but it looks a million times more impressive in real life. The attention to detail is incredible. It seems solid enough and looks amazing. Have not had chance to fully build yet but I’m sure it will be fine and I have no worries about the customer service, from initial experience, if there is a problem. I chose RiiRoo as I had no idea what to buy when it came to ride on cars. The RiiRoo website was extremely informative and helpful and full of videos explaining everything I needed to know. However, I was unsure if the Chiron had a reverse so contacted the company via their online form and got a prompt response. Ordering was simple and I also upgraded to both leather seats and soft EVA wheels after reading the info along with a dust cover and parental remote. The upgrades were well worth it and the free personalised number plate is a very nice touch. The Chiron came well packaged and delivery was way faster than expected, which was great. Prices were also better than all other sites I checked and I’m a stickler for researching everywhere before I buy. Outstanding service so far. RiiRoo made, what could be a confusing purchase, very, very easy. 100% happy and highly recommend. Can’t wait for my grandson to see his present, he’s gonna love it! Thank you and I wish all companies would come with this level of detail and service. A big thumbs up!
