The bike had a crack at the bottom but I still agreed to use only later to find out that it had a missing part. When I asked customer service to return they wanted me to take pics of the packaging which to be honest should be their responsibility. I have returned it and asked for a refund but still haven’t got it after 1 week
For less than £100 it is great! It is budget in quality in places but is is priced for that. Battery lasts a great amount of time and worth every penny!
I bought this for my sons Christmas but decided it was a bad idea to give it to him in bad weather!! So he just got it a few days ago for his birthday.
It looks great. But it’s a bad design for the pedal and it is really hard to push it down. It’s too close or something. He has been trying to get it with his heel now cause it’s easier but even then it’s pretty slow. It was his 3rd birthday so thought it would be great for him but it just causes tears. My daughter who is nearly 2 loves it but just the same problems! More tears.
Not a good purchase unfortunately.
Lovely looking bike very realistic size was a bit on the small side child I bought it for is 4 but he was big on it ... sounds and lights are all great he loved it but wont fit it for long shipping was really quick
