We are missing vital parts! Noโ€™s 4, 15 and the material on the seat is ripped. Please tell us how you would like to rectify the problems.

After purchasing the below product on eBay from you, I am very very angry at the quality of the product! i bought this in October for my daughters birthday but due to her size she could not use it till today. me and my partner took our daughter out in her trike for a walk and we had to come to some steps i went to take her out to get down them and the handle had come completely off resulting in my daughter going head first down 3 concrete steps now her face is cut open and bruised because of your very poor product.

Fab trike and a beautiful purple!

Received it this morning and good all around trike. Keeping it in buggy mode given she's still to young but seems easy to change to stroller mode. The handle on the trike is decent enough. Better than the one on the smart trikes I had with my eldest, so cannot complain. Foot pegs are foldable, something I wasnt aware of!
