We ordered a car on 5th June Friday and expected to receive on 9th June but not came we give you 3 emails and no one reply my email the we open the case on PayPal finally then you reply on Thursday and said we missed the delivery. First if someone came and we didn't open a door they should leave a card for missed delivery but no finally we rescheduled the delivery and get a car on Friday afternoon.
We received a car on Friday 12 of June.
Saturday morning we open the box and we saw the windscreen pillar on both side has broken half and the car back side also have scratches I think it's a used car some one return you and you give it to us that's not good, as my daughter have a birthday yesterday (Saturday) so we thought it's ok we hold that car if we return, the kids will be sad and cry alot as they eagerly waiting for their car
So we put on a charging after 7 hours charging the car not working even the remote control connection is also not working it's not connecting.
And when we put the charging lead half into slot then the car light turn on but when we press the accelerator car not moving forward.
And if we press the charging lead full in the charging slot then no light turn on.
First of all car light and moving car should work without charging lead. But it's not.
I am really disappointed and exhaust. kids are very sad and dull as they want to ride on car but car not working.
Please send me windscreen pillar and your technician to fix this or let me know how to start a car and fix this problem.
