Came broken !

This was for a birthday present and party on Saturday
It arrived and was broken the kids were all upset it spoilt the day
We tried to call viber wazzap email mobile the lot had no reply at all
Very upset that there was no one available to sort it out
We’re having to wait now until Monday and that’s not good at all
Sending a present and the steering wheel wire is snapped and broken

We are sorry to hear that there was a fault and damage found with our order upon opening and do not wish any parent to have to deal with the ordeal or upset that I am sure you did have to deal with.

With any orders we do advise our customers to check the order over as soon as they can to avoid situations like you have unfortunately had to encounter for us to be able to get resolved asap.

Unfortunately our offices are closed from 5pm Friday and over the weekend and back open from 8am Monday.

Looking at the correspondences with yourself and my colleagues I can see we offered an exchange on the full item or an exchange on the steering wheel and wires to fix the fault or of course a collection for full refund.

With the experience you have dealt with we of course do not wish this on anyone especially on a special occasion for the little one.

I can see my colleagues did offer a gift to be sent out as a gesture of good will or a partial refund.
