I had bought a preowned RiiRoo car for my grandson. I then purchased what I thought would be the correct remote control from RiiRoo. It didn't work. I contacted Technical Support who responded very quickly and asked me to provide a photo of the control box. They then advised which remote control would work, helped me to return the original for refund, and I ordered the correct one. All along the way RiiRoo customer service has been exceptionally good.
